Product Introduction

The pilot scale nano sand mill is designed for experimental and large-scale production. The grinding cylinder has a volume of 1L and can process 1L-6L of slurry per batch. The grinding fineness ranges from 5um to 50nm, solving the problem of fineness between 5 μ m and 50nm, ensuring the purity of pollution-free products, reducing energy consumption and output, solving the problem of material blockage, leakage, and shutdown, and addressing the issue of frequent replacement of core components.

Performance

The use of cyclic grinding or multiple grinding processes can increase production capacity. The large-sized rotor combined with a cylindrical gap separator allows this type of equipment to use grinding beads of different materials. For materials that prevent metal pollution, ceramic (silicon nitride, zirconia) and polyurethane structural materials can be used. Easy to operate and convenient to clean. Uniform particle size distribution, excellent temperature control, and low energy consumption. Adopting a high flow static centrifugal separation screen, the discharge area is large, the grinding medium has no contact with the screen, no wear, and a long service life. The discharge port is designed at the lower part of the discharge flange to avoid screen blockage caused by material sedimentation. The grinding cylinder and grinding rotor adopt a forced cooling system, with low discharge temperature and no impact on sensitive materials. Double end containerized machine seal ensures no leakage in all directions.
